The Las Vegas Show Costume Design Collection is comprised of work from several designers who created costumes for various Las Vegas, Nevada shows featuring male and female dancers, from approximately the 1940s to the 1970s. Most of the sketches have been rendered in watercolors or pastels and are signed by the artists. The collection includes works from the following designers: Jean Devlyn, Anne Guertin, Larry Merritt, "Ladd," Josephine Spinedi, and Corrado Colabucci.

Liberace Fan Memorabilia Collection (1944-2004) consists of flyers, brochures, news clippings, and ephemera chronicling the life and career of famed Las Vegas, Nevada entertainer Liberace. Materials from the Liberace Foundation, various fan clubs, and the Liberace Museum in Las Vegas comprise the bulk of the collection. There are also several pieces of ephemera in the collection, including items purchased from the Liberace Museum. Additionally, there are several Las Vegas souvenir sound recordings included in the collection.

The Jess Mack Papers document the professional life of burlesque agent and comedy writer Jess Mack from 1916 to 1988 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Other material includes photographs of entertainers and burlesque stars, joke booklets, and issues of Mack's magazine, Cavalcade of Burlesque, dating from 1951 to 1954.

Collection is comprised of the personal papers of Las Vegas show producer Bill Moore and includes costume designs, programs, photographs, sheet music, production notes, correspondence, set designs, music tapes and more of his many production shows (co-produced with partner George Arnold) which included City Lites (Flamingo), Nudes on Ice (Plaza Hotel) and Spice on Ice (Hacienda) among others. Many of the costume and set designs were done by long-time collaborator and designer, Lloyd Lampert of Hollywood.

This collection is comprised of the personal papers of noted Las Vegas entertainment writer, producer, and critic Bill Willard. It is a comprehensive collection that contains material on his father's theater and political involvements as well as Willard's early childhood and high school years. His time in the Army is chronicled by editorials and correspondence he wrote. From his arrival in Las Vegas in 1949, this collection traces his continued involvement in all facets of writing, entertainment, and art, culminating in his final contribution of directing the Arnold Shaw Popular Music Research Center. The collection includes pictures of his artwork, writings he did for various newspapers and magazines, scripts, skits, jokes, awards, over 700 interviews done for the "Rap with the Artist" series, plus personal memorabilia.
