Collection is comprised of original drafts of articles and letters to Gambler's The Julian Taber and Lori Rugle Collection on Gambling Addiction (1979-1986) includes papers, proposals, internal reports and memoranda, and newspaper clippings chronicling the work of Julian Taber, an early specialist in the field of gambling addiction, and his assistant, Lori Rugle. Much of the material covers Taber's work and pilot programs at the Brecksville Veterans Administration Hospital in Brecksville, Ohio. Additionally, the collection contains twenty-three cassette tapes of individual and group therapy sessions with pathological gambling addicts.
