The Social Science's Research Council's website offers a variety of academic materials to help students understand world peace, modern warfare, globalization, and fundamentalism. It features lessons plans and a diverse array of mostly newspaper-based websites.
American attitudes: program on international policy attitudes

The study of American opinions and perceptions toward international issues is the focus of this site.
A broad range of topics is surveyed, from biotechnology to human rights to terrorism. For each public
survey the user can view the actual questionnaire, including sample size, dates, margin of error and list of
the questions. It is organized primarily by topic or region.
CSIS: Center for Strategic and International Studies

The CSIS site focuses on three subject areas: (1) challenges to nation and international security;
(2) global developments; and (3) developing new methods of governance with specialities in technology, public policy,
international trade/finance, and energy. Of particular interest is the information contained in the Issues sections, which
is orgazined by geographic area and topic, and CSIS on the Hill, which contains CSIS testimony to Congress on various
programs and projects.
