Collection contains the personal papers of Helen Phillips documenting
her role in the Las Vegas community. It contains correspondence
and newspaper articles of her charitable activities, plaques received
for service and photographs. Phillips was a longtime resident
of Boulder City, and active in improving education in Clark County.
Collection also includes numerous issues of the Paradise Press,
a local newspaper printed for the residents of Paradise, one of
the unincorporated areas of the Las Vegas Valley.
