Guidelines for use of the Libraries' Meeting Rooms

In priority order, scheduled uses of rooms in Lied Library include:
  1. Library instruction for UNLV students and faculty.
  2. Library instruction for University Libraries personnel and other library professionals.
  3. Library administrative meetings.
The Board Room is available for meetings scheduled by UNLV Deans, Vice Presidents, the Provost, and the President. The Board Room may be scheduled through Library Administration by calling x52286.

The Special Collections Reading Room is available for meetings of organizations whose purpose is pertinent to Special Collections. These meetings are coordinated through the Special Collections Department by calling x52234.

Group study rooms are open and available on a first-come, first-served basis to UNLV students, staff, and faculty. No scheduled meetings or events may be held in the group study rooms. The use of these rooms for commercial purposes is prohibited.
