Individual/Group Viewing in the Media Preview Rooms

Individual
Located next to the Media Resources desk are 15 media viewing stations for individual use. The viewing stations are equipped with either 13" or 20" monitors, Safari keypads, and headphone jacks.

Group
Media Resources has a number of preview rooms available for group viewing. These rooms can be used by faculty and/or students to preview media materials. Available are three small rooms that seat 4 to 6 and one large preview room which seats 25. Rooms can be reserved by faculty in advance. Walk-in use will be accommodated when possible. To reserve a room for group viewing please call 895-2122.
Media Distribution System
Media Resources uses an integrated video network technology to distribute analog and digital signals within the Lied Library building. This system allows us to deliver analog and digital media to viewing stations, preview rooms, PCs, library classrooms, and conference rooms.
The Media Distribution System is currently equipped to playback VHS, DVDs, and CDs. If you are interested in learning more about our Media Distribution System, please visit the Media Resources desk.
Scantron Grading Machine
For faculty and GA/RA/TA use, we have two scantron grading machine available in room 1221. Please visit the Media Resources desk for instruction and assistance in using it.
