Add Librarian Contact Information in WebCampus

Direct your students to research help by providing the contact information for their liaison librarian. Your subject librarian, or liaison, has expertise in the resources of your discipline and is a great first point of contact for any question or comment about the Libraries.

Find your liaison librarian and get additional contact information in the Staff Directory.

Add Contact Information in Your Library Folder

  • From the "Build" tab click on your "Library Resources Folder"
  • Click on "Add File"
  • Click on "Create File"
  • Enter a title for your file (such as Your Librarian)
  • In the "Content Area" paste or type in the contact information for your librarian
  • "Enable HTML Creator" if you wish to add links
  • Click on "Save"
  • Click on the "Student View" tab to preview your link
  • If you want to add a description under your new file, return to the "Build" tab and click on the down arrow next to your new file
  • Select "Customize Link"
  • Enter a "Custom Description for this Link"

Add Contact Information using a Header

You can add a header on any page to include contact information for your librarian, including in your library resources folder.

  • In the "Build" tab, navigate to the page or folder where you want to add the contact information
  • Click on "Page Options" in the upper right hand corner
  • Click on "Edit Header"
  • "Enable HTML Creator" if you wish to add links
  • Paste or type in the contact information in the box
  • Click on "Save"
  • The contact information will now be stored at the top of the page
  • Click on the "Student View" tab to preview your link
