What You Can Support

Unrestricted Gifts
Unrestricted gifts are those that are given to the Libraries for use as determined by the Dean of Libraries. These gifts provide the UNLV Libraries with the flexibility to apply funds where needed most. Previous unrestricted donations have been used to support students, build collections, replace old equipment and furnishings, and develop new programs. The UNLV Libraries accepts unrestricted donations of all amounts.
The UNLV Libraries offers the following options for donors of unrestricted gifts:
Investors Circle
The Investors Circle recognizes individuals who contribute less than $1000.
Libraries Investors are recognized on the website and in the Libraries annual donor honor roll; they also receive Libraries information and invitations to special Libraries and university events.

Restricted gifts can be directed toward a specific branch library, can be used to set up an endowment, or to provide the necessary capital to fund a program in its entirety.
Branch Library Support
Donors can choose to direct their support toward one of the University Libraries’ three branches: Architecture Studies Library, Curriculum Materials Library, or Music Library.
