Curriculum Materials Library (CML)

Provides resources and services specifically geared toward Education majors and PreK – 12 teachers in the Clark County School District (CCSD)

Facility

  • Opened in 1973
  • 5,249 square feet
  • includes a computer classroom, group study room, quiet study/seminar room, and teacher prep room

Hours

  • Opened 65 hours per week when classes are in session
  • 8AM – 8PM Monday – Thursday; 8AM – 5PM Friday; 9AM – 5PM Saturday; CLOSED on Sundays

  • Professional education-related materials
  • Praxis study materials
  • K-12 textbooks
  • Juvenile literature (fiction and non-fiction)
  • Professional and juvenile media resources

Highlights

  • Specialized collection offering hands-on manipulatives and educational kits and devices
  • Teacher Prep Room contains resources designed for the preparation of instructional materials, including laminators, die cut presses, collection of die cuts, construction paper, spiral binding combs, etc.
