Collections
- Reserves can be found on our Library Catalog Reserve Module by professor or class.
- Faculty can place nonprint items on reserve for students to review for their classes.
- Media Reserves include videos, DVDs, audiocassettes, CDs, and CD-ROMs that support class curricula.
- Most are 2 hour reserves but may be longer based on faculty requests.
- Examples include videocassettes for class lectures and Distance Education students.
Video and DVD titles are a major part of our collection. The following are representative of the types of videos and DVDs available:
- PBS programs:
- Frontline
- Nova
- American Experience
- Annenberg/CPB Productions
- Independent Film Productions
- Media Resources has a variety of feature films in VHS and DVD formats.
- Available for faculty classroom use or student in-house viewing.
- Feature films can be found by searching in the library catalog.
- Search DVDs online. Follow instructions on search link below.
