E-Reserves (articles online)
If you receive a message that says "barcode not found," please visit the CML Circulation Desk or call 895-3593 for barcode activation.
Physical reserves, such as books or videos, may be searched by the following options.
Materials to be placed on reserve, along with a completed course reserve form (.pdf), may be dropped-off at the CML Circulation desk. The second page of the form must be filled out listing the titles of the books or articles.
E-reserve articles should be legible, without large black margins or dark patches from xeroxing. The articles should be one-sided, black-and-white, and on 8.5"x11" paper.
Overdue reserve fines are charged at a rate of $1.00 per hour for 2 hour and 24 hour materials and $2.00 per day for 3 and 7-day materials. THERE IS NO MAXIMUM FINE AND NO GRACE PERIOD.
All electronic reserves submitted by Education faculty should be placed at the CML. If they are submitted at Lied Library, they will be transferred to the CML for scanning.
CML staff release a date each semester by which electronic reserves must be submitted in order to be ready by the first day of the semester. Other than this deadline, electronic reserves placed at the CML will generally be posted within 48 hours of submission in the order that they are received.
There is no limit on the number of items that a faculty member can place on electronic reserve at the CML.
