Remote Access Registration Form for Part-Time Instructors

Once employment at UNLV is verified, this account will enable you to use the Libraries' computer systems and resources. It does not authorize you to check out materials. If you are a part-time instructor and are interested in check out privileges or other library services, please contact the Circulation Department.

UNLV Libraries' Part-Time Instructor Account Agreement
  1. I will report any change of name, address, telephone number, or email address to the library at liedcirc@ccmail.nevada.edu
  2. I have read the Libraries' computer use policy for students, faculty and staff and agree to the terms.
  3. I understand that my library privileges may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to:
    • Failure to comply with the Libraries' policies
    • Termination of employment
  4. I understand that my account expires each semester and that I must use this form to renew my account.
