Institute (complex) The Desert Research Institute is part of the Southern Nevada Science
Center campus that is located across from UNLV. The original 44,280
sq. ft. facility, completed in 1992 features laboratories and offices.

Rogers Science and Technology Building was completed in 2003 and the 66,426 sq feet provides space for the Atomic Testing Museum, Nuclear Testing Archives, the Harry and Landra Reid Exhibition Hall, auditorium, and rotunda as well as office and laboratory space. The 8,000-square-foot Atomic Testing Museum is open to the public
and feature exhibits depicting the Cold War role of the Nevada Test
Site. Exhibits will highlight American daily life and events during
