Description: A new 12,543-sq-ft office building: LEED certified, Windows or skylights featured in every office or hallway, and photovoltaic panels installed in the parking lot reduce energy use by up to 25% each month, and the panels also serve as covered parking spots. Also included is a 125sq-ft dedicated recycling area in the break room, and all cleaning products are considered green.
