| Description: | The new 45, 616sf Centennial Hills Library facility will be constructed on a 7 acres site located in northwest Las Vegas at the northeast corner of Buffalo and Deer spring. This facility encompasses a 30,000sf branch library with an additional 15,000sf central operations center, which will become future expansion for the library. This site is also master-planned for a new 17,000sf, 300 seat theatre. The library will be an energy efficient and modern structure which utilizes both sustainable design and construction practices. When completed, this facility will be seeking LEED Silver Certification. |
