| Description: | hristian Church is an attempt to use various mediums to define a Religious emotion. Located in a developing area of Las Vegas. This non-denominal Christian church acts as a religious space, and a space of the community. Rigid linear elements arrange the site and create a contrast to the curvaceous sculptural that spans above the user throughout the site. This piece ties all the activities of the site together which can be seen as a metaphor for Christ. The central corridor allows users to find their own personal pathway and connection to Christ. |
