Mr. Kay Glenn pruchased the home from Morelli's widow in 1978.
Steven Wynn bought the Desert Inn Hotel, Golf Course, and the surrounding homes in Desert Inn Estates.
The Junior League of had the historic house moved to its current location.

|Description:||3,300-square-foot house is a rare example of modernist architecture in Las Vegas. The front room has 15-foot ceilings with huge windows and skylights and the inlaid paneling is imported from Malaysia.|
|Extra Note:||The Morelli House was moved to its permanent location (9th & Bridger) in 2001. It is currently the headquarters of the Junior League of Las Vegas, and is undergoing an interior rehabilitation.
