Ross Clark -- 2nd Vice President. Architectural drawings/blueprints include: LV Depot Buildings & Stock Yards, LV Yard Facilities & Systems, LV City Buildings & Improvements, LV RR-Owned Structures "Off Yards", LV Ranch, LV Water Supply, LV Yard Buildings, LV Airports & Air Force Base, Nevada Highways, Boulder City & Henderson, and Nevada Stations South of Las Vegas.
