In addition to the three founding principals, Jack Poling, AIA, serves as the firm?s managing principal. The firm employs fifty individuals in its main office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Garth Rockcastle?Dean of the School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation at the University of Maryland?leads the MS&R design studio in Hyattsville, Maryland.
