Design Approach/Narrative: A 37 acre campus with 10-story office building with 22,000 sf of space for food service, two 6-story buildings which total 630,000 sf and two structured parking garages and surface parking totaling 4,600 cars. Incorporates natural materials of stone, copper, glass, concrete and steel. Each building facade was designed to respond to its own exposure with deepset windows; horizontal metal shade fins were utilized on the southern exposure to control the harsh southern light. An under floor air distribution system was utilized to allow for better environmental control of each work space while reducing energy costs.
