Design Approach/Narrative: This lofty location is on one of the highest properties in the "Eaglenest" development. The form and function of this home result from the owner's desire to infuse a level of organic integrity into this dynamic and challenging upslope property. This is a wood construction with steel moment frame using cor-ten steel roofing and details sage colored plaster, stained board-formed concrete veneer atthe base and cement-fiber cedar lap siding.
