Design Approach/Narrative: This mixed use development features three condominium/hotel towers ranging from 15 to 25 stories above a retail/office podium. 1,523 condominium units, range from studios to 3 bedroom units with additional penthouse terrace units at the top of each tower. The streetscape is reminiscent of metropolitan Chicago, featuring wide pedestrian friendly paths, tree lined streets and a plaza that runs perpendicular tothe main interior drive.
