Design Approach/Narrative: The plaza is the focus of the Water Street Redevelopment District and promotes events thorough out the year. The stage is set for this plaza to become THE core people-place for this proud and burgeoning community. The project has already been a major driving force in the redevelopment effort and, by doing so, provides the enhanced 21st Century identity to which the City aspire.
