Design Approach/Narrative: Located in Las Vegas 's downtown arts district, the Newport Lofts high-rise condominium began construction in summer 2005. This 23-story residential high-rise will offer both contemporary loft-style living and dramatic views of the Las Vegas skyline. There will be 168 condominium units with 5,800 sq. ft. retail space at the first floor. The total building area for the project is approximately 453,659 sq. ft. Project construction is targeted for completion by the end of November 2006.
