Design Approach: The City intends to enhance the neighborhood by developing
the site into an affordable community golf course. The front façade
has variable heights creating proper massing and interest with a relationship
to the golf course and adjacent park, as well as appealing to human scale.
The rear elevation of the clubhouse was designed with maximum visibility
toward the golf course.
