Nevada State College is a dynamic, young institution bursting with growth and the thrill of opportunity. Since our founding in 2002, our student body has grown to encompass more than 3,000 students representing a broad array of cultural and economic backgrounds, and our 1,400-plus alumni  are living and working in every corner of the state and beyond.

The College’s main campus  is located in Henderson, Nevada, just 15 miles from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. The College also has a satellite campus in downtown Henderson and offers dual enrollment programs in partnership with community colleges across the state.

NSC offers more than 24 majors and minors leading to the bachelor’s degree. In every field of study, classes are taught by experienced faculty who serve as mentors and guides. With an average classes of only 20 students, we foster a personal Learning Environment where you’ll get the support you need to succeed.

Outside of class, you’ll find a wealth of opportunities to get involved and create change . Joining a club, writing for the student newspaper, or serving in Student Government is a great way to hone your skills and make a difference. You’ll also find a wide array of academic resources .
